Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your companions. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Because purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, refunds are issued through Paddle.
1. Try Waddle first, free
The free companion, Waddle, lets you experience exactly how PebbletsIO runs on your desktop — performance, behaviour, and feel — before you buy anything. We encourage you to install it first.
2. 14-day refund window
If a paid companion isn’t for you, email support@pebbletsio.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it. We may ask a brief reason to help us improve, but a refund does not depend on your answer.
3. EU/UK digital-goods note
Companions are digital content delivered immediately. In the EU/UK, starting a download means you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has begun. Our own 14-day refund offer above is provided regardless, as a goodwill policy.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@pebbletsio.com with the email you purchased under and the companion name, or use the receipt link Paddle sent you. Refunds return to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
5. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, the entitlement for that companion is revoked. The companion stops being available to download or restore, and you agree to stop using any installed copy.
